Meets all code requirements in North America. Hood has a 600 degree temperature rating which can accommodate medium to heavy duty cooking equipment such as ranges, griddles, fryers, and ovens. Constructed of 430 stainless steel where exposed. ETL listed to US and Canadian safety standards. Complies with UL710. Listed and built in accordance with NFPA 96, Includes stainless steel grease baffle filters with handles, pre-wired high temperature light fixtures, and a grease cup. Manufactured in the USA.
