Electrolytic flotation equipment is designed based on the combined principles of electrolysis and air flotation. It effectively utilizes electrochemical reactions and microbubble flotation to remove suspended solids, emulsified oils, and other contaminants from wastewater. The electrode plates in the system can be selected according to the specific contaminants to be removed, allowing for strong flocculation, oxidation, reduction, and enhanced flotation effects to achieve optimal treatment results. Commonly used electrode materials include iron, aluminum, titanium, graphite, and lead dioxide, each suited for different application scenarios. The design and selection of electrodes are based on extensive R&D, pilot testing, and practical engineering experience.
