AZS ramming material and zirconia ramming material are collectively called zirconia tamping material.AZS ramming material is a kind of indeterminate refractory material, which has high density, good chemical stability and thermal stability, as well as excellent plasticity. It belongs to zirconium-aluminum pounding material, the main component is: zirconium corundum aggregate mixture. It is used for the bottoming of glass kiln and the caulking of the flame space which does not touch the glass liquid. AZS is mainly used in the bottoming of glass kiln and the caulking of flame space without contacting glass liquid. Zircon Ramming Mass With high density, high temperature resistance, resistance to glass liquid erosion, very low pollution to the glass liquid indefinite refractory materials, it is mainly zircon sand as aggregate, the main content of zirconium oxide and silica. The zirconium content is divided into Zr50%, Zr60%, Zr63% and Zr65%. It is mainly used for: the protective layer of the upper pool wall of glass kiln furnace, the flow liquid hole, the working pool and the part of the material channel. Usually it is also used in the cold repair and hot patching of the furnace. Zircon Mending Material High-temperature performance is good, refractoriness, load softening temperature and high-temperature creep resistance and other indicators are close to the original brick, and has anti-glass and dust erosion performance. It is mainly composed of zircon sand as aggregate, with a small amount of alumina mixture; the product is sintered with dense organization and low porosity. And has the characteristics of thermal shock resistance and high temperature volume stability. Therefore, hot repair at high temperatures does not produce blowing, crumbling and other phenomena. Mainly used for hot repair of glass kiln; hot patching material is hardened immediately after encountering high temperature, and can be firmly bonded together with the original brick masonry to form a whole structure, creating excellent conditions and efficiency for the hot repair of glass kiln. Zircon Sealant Material Due to its unique physical and chemical properties, it shows excellent stability and corrosion resistance at high temperatures, which makes it an indispensable indeterminate refractory in the construction and maintenance of glass kilns. It is mainly composed of zircon powder and alumina mixture. Zircon sealing material plays a vital role in the glass kiln, its use not only improves the sealing and insulation performance of the kiln, but also enhances the high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of the entire glass kiln system, thus improving production efficiency and product quality. It is mainly used in the sealing and caulking of the upper pool wall of glass kiln, big swan, small furnace, spout swan, charging mouth swan and other swan tops, as well as the thermal repair of glass kiln.
