Mini carrots (also known as baby carrots, tiny carrots) have the scientific name Daucus carota, they also have another name, Carrot Baby Pak. This is a wild carrot, which is 3 times smaller than regular carrots. The tree is native to Europe and has been popular in Vietnam in recent years. Areas with a cool climate like Da Lat are suitable places to grow this tuber. Mini carrots are grown on farms according to VietGAP standards, ensuring safety and full nutrition for consumers. Shape and flavor characteristics of mini carrots Shape: Mini carrots have a small shape, just the size of a finger. The peel is orange and the petiole is green, the stem is not as hard as a regular carrot. Taste: Crunchy and sweeter. Natural aroma and less pungent than large carrots.
