The steel for the industry We offer cold rolled coils for the manufacturing industry globally. Coils can be delivered to the destination port under a longer contract and monthly shipments based on your demand. We deliver CRC with monthly quantities, delivery cycles and total amounts you request also varying based on your seasonal demand. Coils can be delivered on the scale you need and to several destination ports if requested. ORIGIN: SAUDI ARABIA MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ): 300,000 MT CIF Prices: 1. 300,000 MT per contract – 635USD/MT 2. 400,000 MT per contract – 605USD/MT 3. 500,000 MT per contract – 585USD/MT 4. 600,000 MT per contract – 570USD/MT 5. 700,000 MT per contract – 555USD/MT 6. 800,000 MT per contract – 545USD/MT 7. 900,000 MT per contract – 540USD/MT 8. 1,000,000 MT per contract – 525USD/MT Procedure: 1. End Buyer issues official LOI. 2. Seller issues Official FCO to end Buyer. 3. Buyer countersigns & seals FCO and sends it back together with his passport copy and his company registration certificate. 4. Seller sends Draft SPA for Buyer final review and signing & sealing. 4A. Seller countersigns SPA. 4B. Seller issues Official Commercial Invoice. 4C. Seller issues to each mediators “Financial Commitment Letter” outlining his commission. 5. Buyer issues directly his LC MT700. 6. Seller then would, within 30 days after the full confirmation of the LC MT700 by the Seller’s bank, the follow: 6A. Send official invitation to Buyer. 6B. Grant Site Inspection and POP including, SGS, photos, etc. 7. Seller issues Performance Bond (PB) of 10% against Buyers LC MT700. 8. Seller starts shipments delivery 30 working days after the full confirmation of the LC MT700 by the Seller’s bank. Payment terms: LC MT700 – Operative – Confirmed – Irrevocable – At sight LC MT700 with 10% of the total contract value. Note: The monthly payment will be made after SGS report at Destination Port using the same LC MT700 or Bank transfer T/T MT103. GRADE Q235B C = 0.20 % - 0.25 % SI = 0.35 % MN = 0.40 % P = 0.035 % Mechanical Properties: Tensile Strenght = 370 - 500 MPa Yield Strenght = 235 MPa%
