Integral bed hard rail CNC lathe is a mature product for export, with a compact structure, high torque spindle, high rigidity, and stable and reliable performance. It can process straight lines, circular arcs, metric and imperial threads, and multi-head threads, and is suitable for turning disk and shaft parts with complex shapes and high precision requirements. The machine guide rail and sliding saddle guide rail are made of special material hard guide rail, quenched by high frequency, super hard and wear-resistant, durable, and with good maintenance of machining accuracy. The numerical control system adopts the GSK980TDi system and adopts a domestic famous ball screw and high-precision screw bearing.
