Ivoclar Vivadent PrograMill PM7 is the right choice for you. This machine is suitable for a versatile variety of materials and applications in wet and dry operation. Equipped with a high-performance spindle, the high-power 5-axis milling machine efficiently produces restorations that are distinguished by their outstanding surface quality and excellent accuracy of fit. PrograMill tools are specially developed for CAD/CAM materials and PrograMill milling machines from Ivoclar, and the black colour indicates these tools are intended for wax material. Indications overview includes veneers, thin veneers, occlusal veneers, inlays, onlays, partial crowns, full-contour crowns and bridges up to 45 mm block length, crown and bridge frameworks up to 45 mm block length, multi-unit bridges, tooth segments, denture bases, digital complete dentures, telescopes, attachments, implant-supported superstructures with optional measuring gauge depending on the indication, functional try-ins, impression trays and functional trays, bite templates and transfer templates, occlusal splints and drilling templates, and models. Features of this product include a material changer, zero-point clamping system, 5-axis milling, direct operation via integrated PC with touchscreen monitor, minimal cleaning effort, an in-built ioniser that neutralizes the static charge of the acrylic shavings produced when processing PMMA such as Ivotion so that these shavings can be easily evacuated, and an automatic self-cleaning function due to active air suction.
