Limestone is finely ground from natural limestone primarily composed of calcium carbonate (CaCO3). It is widely used as a filler and additive in multiple industries, especially in paper manufacturing and construction materials. It acts as a filler in paper production to enhance brightness, smoothness, and opacity while reducing production costs. It is also used in adhesives to improve bonding strength, in cement and concrete to increase durability, in paints for higher coverage, in plastics and rubber for reinforcement, and in metallurgy as a fluxing agent. The product is packed in PP bags of 25 kg or 50 kg, or in jumbo bags with pallets containing 500 - 600 kg or 1.35 tons per unit, depending on customer requirements.
