Product highlights -More than 2 KG per batch, 8 KG per hour -Advanced double-walled drum design for good roasting homogeneity & green coffee charging from the rear of the drum -Horizontal cylindrical drum with blades to ensure a good mixing of the coffee beans -Blade design rotates clockwise to roast and counter-clockwise to discharge coffee -Cooling system with separate gearbox & open top cooling drum -The unique design of the coffee roaster in comparison with other products on the market -All contact materials, drum, main shaft, hopper, oven, cooling system, exhaust pipes & side panels are made of stainless steel for hygiene, thermal properties, strength & longer machine life -Roasting process powered by both ELECTRIC & GAS heating sources (separately or simultaneously) -Heated up from above with adjustable electric elements -Gas heating source located underneath the drum, with an insulated oven -Manual control panel (touch screen panel available on request)
