Extra virgin is the best type of olive oil, as it has the lowest degree of acidity compared to other olive oils. The extra virgin olive oil standard must not exceed 0.8% acidity, the quality of the extra virgin olive oil we offer is not higher than 0.25% and it is of superior quality because it is organically grown, since they are not used toxic substances for the cultivation of olive trees and strict rules are followed in the production of oil. Cold pressed, specifying that the temperature of the olive paste in kneading does not exceed 26° C, in addition to extracting the oil in plant (crusher) with BI-PHASE technology, i.e. without adding water to the paste. In addition to this and only for retailers and wholesalers in the high gastronomy sector, the company allows you to label the product with a personalized label, i.e. affix the name and logo at the bottom of the label of the firm/company which in turn resells the product.
